• Must be physically fit, patient, and gentle with expectant mothers.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night).

Sara Hospital & Diagnostic, Dhaka is a modern healthcare and maternity service provider dedicated to ensuring safe and compassionate childbirth. We are looking for skilled and experienced Midwifery (Dharitree) to assist in normal delivery procedures and provide pre- and post-natal care to mothers and newborns.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and nurses during normal (vaginal) delivery procedures.

• Prepare delivery room and ensure sterilized instruments are ready before each case.

• Support expectant mothers during labor with comfort and basic care.

• Handle newborns immediately after delivery following hospital safety protocols.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the maternity and delivery ward.

• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste and used instruments.

• Provide post-delivery care and guidance to mothers regarding breastfeeding and hygiene.

• Report any complications immediately to attending medical staff.

• Maintain confidentiality and compassion while dealing with patients and families.

• As per company policy.
