  • Solid knowledge of tracking setups (CAPI, server-side, GTM, pixels).
  • Hardworking, reliable, and serious about professional growth.
  • Good English communication skills.

The Role:

We’re hiring Mid-Level Google/Meta Ads Specialists (3–5 years’ agency experience) to manage U.S. lead-gen and e-commerce campaigns. You’ll get the freedom to test and innovate, but we expect discipline, responsibility, and consistent results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch & optimize high-performing Google & Meta campaigns.
  • Build and execute strategic marketing plans to generate quality leads and sales.
  • Develop offers & creatives that convert.
  • Manage advanced tracking setups (CAPI, GTM, server-side, pixels).
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Stay active on Slack during your shift — no ghosting, no disappearing.

Availability: Monday–Saturday, 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (BD time, 1-hour break).

Weekly day off: Sunday
