• Age 25 to 35 years

      •     Manage the complete merchandising process for Bra & Innerwear products, from development to bulk production.

      •     Coordinate with factories and suppliers for fabric, lace, elastic, strap, hook & eye, padding/cups, accessories and trims.

      •     Understand and review Tech Pack, Spec Sheet, BOM, measurement chart and construction details.

      •     Follow up on product development, sampling, fitting, comments and revisions.

      •     Communicate technical requirements clearly with factories and production teams.

      •     Prepare and follow up on costing, consumption and quotation.

      •     Negotiate with suppliers/factories to achieve competitive product costs without compromising quality.

      •     Monitor sample timelines, production schedules and delivery deadlines.

      •     Check sample quality, measurements, workmanship, fabric and finishing.

      •     Coordinate size set, PP sample and bulk production approvals.

      •     Identify production issues and coordinate corrective actions with the factory.

      •     Maintain proper documentation of product development and merchandising activities.

      •     Work closely with the Brand, Product Development, Design and Marketing teams to develop CORE’s product range.

      •     Conduct market/product research and suggest improvements in design, fit, fabric, trims and functionality.

      •     Ensure products meet CORE’s required standards for comfort, fit, quality and finishing.
