Responsibilities & Context:
We`re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Visa Consultant to join our team. In this role, your core responsibility will be to meticulously review applicants` prescriptions and medical reports to determine if they meet the stringent requirements for a medical visa. If additional medical documentation is needed, you`ll proactively guide and assist applicants in obtaining the necessary paperwork to ensure a strong and successful visa application.
Candidates with prior experience in the medical tourism sector will be given preference. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping our clients.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate a patient`s situation and medical needs to determine the most suitable medical visa category and assess their eligibility for it.
Provide comprehensive and up-to-date information on visa requirements, regulations, and procedures for the specific destination country. This includes details on necessary documents, medical reports, financial proofs, and any other relevant criteria.·
Offer personalized guidance based on the individual`s unique medical condition, travel urgency, and financial situation.
Assist clients in gathering, organizing, and preparing all required medical and personal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This often involves medical reports, doctor`s letters, hospital invitations, financial statements, passport copies, etc.
Act as a liaison between the client and the embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities, addressing queries and providing necessary clarifications.
Assist in coordinating with the medical facility in the destination country, obtaining appointment letters, treatment plans, and cost estimates required for the visa application.
Monitor the progress of the application and provide regular status updates to the client, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
Help resolve issues that may arise during the application process, such as incomplete information, discrepancies, or requests for additional documentation.
If a client has faced prior visa rejections, they analyze the reasons and guide them on presenting a stronger case in subsequent applications.
Keep abreast of changing immigration laws, visa policies, and medical travel regulations to ensure applications align with the latest requirements.
