Responsibilities & Context:
- Salary will be based on sales commission. (No Sale, No Income)
- Achievement of pre-defined sales target.
- Visit Ayurvedic doctors, general physicians, health practitioners, and retailers to promote company products.
- Organize meetings for doctors, Hakim, and Kabiraj, as well as product awareness programs.
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure regular follow-up for prescriptions and orders.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on visits, sales, and collections.
- Monitor the activities of sales agents & distributors.
- Collect market information and track competitors’ activities.
- Collection as per the agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow.
