Responsibilities & Context:
Contributing clinical expertise to patient care.
Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained.
Monitoring patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing care.
Take detail medical and past history, drug history of patients & Maintain confidentiality at all time.
Advise for medical and laboratory tests to obtain diagnosis
Collaborate with physicians and support staffs to form a good team
Review, assess and evaluate medical tests, blood tests, and X-ray findings
Monitor performance of assigned medics and support staffs
Perform proper documentation & paper works
Must have prescribed medicine & suggest to patient with clear word.
Duty doctors may be responsible for overseeing the medical activities during their assigned shift
