Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS degree, preferably Master's in Public Health or relevant discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic direction, technical leadership, and project management to successfully implement planned activities and produce results.
∎ Develop work plan, train staff and ensure and oversee timely and quality implementation of project activities.
∎ Develop and implement monitoring and quality assurance systems and ensure the operation of management systems and operating procedures for the implementation of project activities.
∎ Monitor the progress and identify issues with potential solutions, and notify senior management team without delay
∎ Develop and monitor project budget projections, expenditure, tracking and reporting are in accordance with donor requirements, procedures and practices.
∎ Ensure a successful start-up and completion of the project including the documentation and dissemination of project achievements and execution of administrative project close-out.
∎ Represent PRF to donors, MOHFW, DGHS, DGFP, development partners, and other key stakeholders.
∎ Prepare and ensure timely submission of all technical reports
∎ Identify opportunities for new project development and efforts to respond to solicitations
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in public health research/program, including 1 year' experience in management positions.
∎ Ability to work in complex environment and deliver results in high pressure situations within stipulated timeline
∎ Efficient decision making and problem solving skills
∎ Ability to summarize the results or observation
∎ Aptitude to work independently
∎ Experience of working in clinical settings, health facility level would be added advantage.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation and presentation skills
∎ Good networking and negotiating skills
∎ Ability to travel to field (more than 40% of time)
∎ Fluency in Bangla and English, both written and verbal
Salary:
∎ 77,220/- per month including house rent and conveyance allowance and other admissible benefits. (Salary is negotiable for highly experience candidate).
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12% retirement fund contribution by PRF will be given as per organizational policy.
