Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure proper medical check-up for all employees.
Conduct regular health check-up, specially for pregnant women, chronic illness cases.
Provide first aid and routine treatment to employees.
Monitor and follow up with sick employess and maintain treatment continuity.
Manage emergency health situations and refer serious cases to hospital.
Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are followed within the factory.
Maintain updated treatment registers and health records.
Keep record of pregnancy cases, maternity leave, and medical referrals.
Conduct health awareness sessions ( nutrition, hygiene, reproductive health).
Maintain proper stock of medicines and medical supplies.
Maintain and supervise the cleanliness of the medical center.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and buyer code of conduct.
Support audits (buyer, social, compliance, etc.).
