Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
Minimum 3 years working experience in ICU.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform detailed assessments of critically ill patients.
- Implement and manage treatment plans, including medication administration, ventilation management, and other life-support interventions.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, respiratory therapists, and consultants, to deliver holistic patient care.
- Act as the primary point of communication between the ICU team, patients, and their families.
- Respond to medical emergencies, such as cardiac arrests, ensuring timely and effective intervention.
- Prepare and update patient charts, reports, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, infection control guidelines, and medical regulations.
- Proficiency in ICU-related procedures and technology.
- Compassionate approach to patient and family care.
