• Age 26 to 35 years

• Provide primary medical care, first aid, and emergency treatment to workers and staff.
• Diagnose common illnesses and prescribe medication as per medical guidelines.
• Refer serious or critical cases to hospitals or specialized doctors.
• Monitor workplace health hazards and advise management on preventive measures.
• Conduct regular health checkups and fitness assessments of employees.
• Support accident prevention programs and investigate workplace injuries.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and compliance audits.
• Ensure medical facilities comply with Bangladesh labor law, the buyer standards.
• Maintain medical records, treatment registers, and injury logs.
• Prepare medical reports required for audits, inspections, and management review.
• Assist in health-related compliance documentation and certifications.
• Conduct health education sessions on hygiene, nutrition, ergonomics, and disease prevention.
• Provide training on first aid, emergency response, and occupational health.
• Support vaccination programs and maternal health initiatives (if applicable).
