Responsibilities & Context:
Knowledge in handling general obstetrical and gynecological cases.
Knowledge in performing minor surgeries.
Good knowledge and skills in clinical medicine and surgery
Ability to write clear, concise reports and well-developed communication skills
Good computer skills
Must be a team player, flexible and culturally sensitive
Ready to work under pressure in difficult environmental conditions
Experience in humanitarian/crisis setting is an advantage
Accountability – takes responsibility for action and manages constructive criticisms
Act as a Clinical and Administrative Supervisor of Medical Team, oversee and implement general health care service delivery at the Health facility.
Supervise all health care staff in the health facility in line with their specific job descriptions.
Attend to all medical/ surgical emergencies and conduct minor surgical procedures when required.
Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
