Responsibilities & Context:
Provide primary healthcare services to factory employees.
Conduct daily health check-up, manage first-aid and maintain medical records.
Ensure compliance with national labor laws and workplace health & safety standards.
Ensure physical verification of new employees before recruitment and issue age/fitness certificate.
Manage emergency medical situations and coordinate referrals when necessary.
Monitor transmissible diseases, run awareness sessions and promote overall employee well-being.
Support compliance audits, H & S risk assessment & risk mitigation related documentation.
Maintain stock and proper management of medicines and medical equipment.
Lead & monitor the medical team (Nurses & Medical Assistants) and their activities to ensure medical facilities.
Any other responsibilities that are assigned by Reporting HOD.
