Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Medicine

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Provide primary healthcare services to factory employees.

• Conduct daily health check-up, manage first-aid and maintain medical records.

• Ensure compliance with national labor laws and workplace health & safety standards.

• Ensure physical verification of new employees before recruitment and issue age/fitness certificate.

• Manage emergency medical situations and coordinate referrals when necessary.

• Monitor transmissible diseases, run awareness sessions and promote overall employee well-being.

• Support compliance audits, H & S risk assessment & risk mitigation related documentation.

• Maintain stock and proper management of medicines and medical equipment.

• Lead & monitor the medical team (Nurses & Medical Assistants) and their activities to ensure medical facilities.

• Any other responsibilities that are assigned by Reporting HOD.
