RGR Sweater Ltd. seeks a qualified Medical Assistant / Nurse to provide first aid, handle medical emergencies, maintain employee health records, and support workplace health and safety at our factory premises.

• Provide first aid and primary treatment to all employees as needed.

• Offer necessary medical and health-related information and guidance to employees.

• Respond promptly and take immediate action during any medical emergencies.

• Counsel patients and guide them on treatment procedures and preparations.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper working condition of all medicines, instruments, and medical accessories.

• Assist doctors in medical procedures and daily healthcare tasks.

• Maintain accurate medical records of all employees and update health registers.

• Monitor and manage stock of medicines and first-aid supplies, and request replenishment when required.

• Conduct periodic health check-ups, vaccination programs, and health awareness sessions.

• Liaise with local hospitals, clinics, and emergency services when referrals or specialized treatment is required.

• Support compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards in coordination with HR/Compliance departments.
