Responsibilities & Context:
Delegate Interview Ongoing at Greenland Training Centre, Dhaka
Installation & Removal: Pull and set pump systems using hoists, cranes, or trucks.
Maintenance & Repair: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and repair pumps, including electric motor diagnostics, seal replacement, and impeller repair.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in electrical submersible pumps (ESPs), controls, and water systems.
Preventative Care: Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication, tightening, and cleaning of pumping equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures, including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Documentation: Record maintenance activities, parts used, and test results for pump performance.
