- The candidate should be proficient in preventive maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and operating mechanical equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, PLC, and familiarity with industrial maintenance is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
- To install and perform diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.
- To develop and implement mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- To troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as perform repairs.
- To conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment and ensure optimal operation.
- To troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems in machinery and related systems.
- To repair or replace worn or malfunctioning parts and equipment.
- To read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical manuals.
- To ensure that the production line machinery has fewer breakdowns, stoppages and defects to keep the process running smoothly and continuously to avoid loss of productivity.
