Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is responsible with the functions where the Candidates have to explore their experience in the Body &Lab (R&D) of most sophisticated Ceramic Tiles Manufacturing Company engaged in producing quality wall & floor tiles, polished glazed vitrified double & twin charge tiles of exportable standard.
∎ Responsible for all activities related to new body formula ensuring cost reduction of the products.
∎ Responsible to monitor & supervise the quality of all procured (local and imported) raw materials.
∎ Responsible to monitor & supervise the Glaze and Engobe quality of the product.
∎ Responsible to maintain the standard operating procedure in body and glaze preparation of tiles.
∎ Responsible to develop a standard work schedule for laboratory, glaze and body preparation influentially.
∎ Capable to increase the work efficiency of the employees.
∎ Responsible for proper planning & Men power handling.
∎ Responsible for estimation of raw materials to be procured both locally & through import duly synchronized with the half-yearly or annually production plan.
∎ Shall also be responsible to coordinate with the commercial department for on-time procurement of raw-materials.
∎ Responsible to monitor any discrepancy during production in order to ensure quality of the finished product.
∎ Responsible for development of the color-body for double and twin charge. Responsible to arrange proper operation & maintenance of the Laboratory machinery & concerned equipment along with performance of other due responsibility as and when required.
