Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Curriculum Development: Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons aligned with curriculum standards, which cover grammar, literature, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and communication.
∎ Instructional Excellence: Using a variety of teaching methods to engage students of different learning styles, such as lectures, discussions, and interactive activities, to build language proficiency.
∎ Student Assessment: Creating and grading assignments, tests, and projects to assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
∎ Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive learning environment that encourages participation, fosters respect, and ensures student engagement.
∎ Support and Mentorship: Offering extra help to students who need additional support, including one-on-one sessions, and encouraging their academic and personal growth.
∎ Communication with Parents/Guardians: Regularly updating parents or guardians on students’ progress and any areas needing improvement.
∎ Professional Development: Staying up-to-date with educational trends, attending workshops, and continually improving teaching methods to enhance student learning.
∎ Cultural and Ethical Awareness: Promoting an inclusive classroom that respects diversity, fosters open dialogue, and integrates cultural perspectives within language lesson.
