Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Basic Marketing knowledge to think and explain logically, and make improve plans to support the sales team.
∎ Have sound knowledge of market research and develop a plan to engage the target market.
∎ Have proper time management skill and the ability to meet the deadline.
∎ Forecast monthly sales volume and have update knowledge on competitor's data.
∎ Good at report making and presentation.
∎ Air ticketing and reservation experience must be Facilitate visa processing for first-world countries, Schengen countries, and Asian countries.
∎ Provide expert guidance on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation for various destinations.
∎ Assist clients in completing visa applications accurately and efficiently.
∎ Stay updated with changing visa regulations and policies across different countries.
∎ Handle complex visa cases and troubleshoot issues that arise during the application process.
∎ Coordinate closely with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to expedite visa approvals.
∎ Conduct thorough assessments of client profiles to determine visa eligibility and potential challenges.
∎ Ensure compliance with all visa laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
∎ Keep detailed records of visa applications and follow-ups for reporting and analysis purposes.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and availability.
∎ Ensure precision in ticketing and billing procedures.
