Education:

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital and offline marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in driving user acquisition and conversion.

Required Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Proficiency in content marketing and email campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign).

Offline Marketing Skills:

  • Event management and local marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of traditional advertising methods is a plus.
  • Strong communication, project management, and creative problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

  • Design, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (GoogleAds, Facebook Ads, etc.). 

  • Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, blogs, and social media platforms.

  • Monitor website analytics and improve user experience for higher conversion rates.

  • Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Mailchimp) to streamline workflows.

Offline Marketing:

  • Organize and manage events, community out reach programs, and trade shows. 

  • Develop partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotion opportunities.

  • Implement traditional advertising methods like print, radio, or TV campaigns when relevant.

Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.

  • Provide action able insights to improve ROI and optimise campaigns.
