Job Context:
∎ We Are Hiring... Vacancy announcement for a Marketing Manager for Water Garden Resort Tangail.
∎ Resort/ Hotel experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Competitive applicants will have a proven network established in our target customer base (both individual vacationers and/or businesses)
∎ Spread brand awareness and contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Watergarden report's services.
∎ Manage social media presence and advertising.
∎ Attract businesses to conduct conventions, functions and business trips on Watergarden Resort's premises.
∎ Follow up with existing clients, review the progress & identify further opportunities for new sales.
∎ Identify and develop new business through networking, courtesy & follow-ups.
∎ Understand the requirements of customers/prospects & plan with respective supervisors regarding addressing the needs to apply product knowledge to meet those needs.
∎ Keep accurate records of calls and sales, and note useful information.
∎ Carry out direct marketing activities according to the goal set up by the Management.
∎ Routinely attend sales calls & sales meetings with the clients.
∎ Communicate with each client in a professional manner.
∎ Directly align with the clients through leadership and content platform.
∎ Provide quality and smooth output within the deadline coordinate with the client to identify events scope, budget and timeline, successful implementation of the events and operational requirements.
∎ Assist & prepare bid & related other documents as necessary & guided by the Management meet sales targets & contribute to team targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Resort/ Hotel experience is mandatory.
∎ Provision period time is Permanent position available to start working immediately.
∎ Minimum 4 Years (Longer experience is preferable)
Salary: Negotiable
