Education:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Marketing, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Engineering
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Experience as a visa consultant, employment visa consultant, education consultant, visa service officer, visa counselor, or immigration consultant is preferred.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with clients about visa issues.
∎ Experience working with lawyers on visa applications is a plus.
∎ Strong networking and community engagement skills.
∎ Proven experience in partnership/agent management, relationship building, and motivation.
∎ Strong understanding of marketing strategies.
∎ Demonstrable experience in client counseling or consultancy, particularly related to employment visas.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to build rapport with partners and clients.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Agent/Partner Development & Management: Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and incentivize marketing agents and other key partners involved in client referral and acquisition.
∎ Marketing Strategy & Implementation : Develop and implement marketing plans leveraging agent/partner networks, create materials, organize activities, and target client segments. Support agents in their marketing efforts.
∎ Client Acquisition & Counseling : Provide consultation and guidance to potential clients regarding employment visa options, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
∎ Client Relationship Management : Ensure excellent customer service through partner channels, including agents, monitor feedback, address concerns, and manage client expectations.
∎ Market Analysis & Strategy : Research market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform partnership development and marketing strategies.
∎ Job Description : The Marketing Manager((Visa) drives client acquisition and promotes visa services through strategic partnerships and outreach, working closely with marketing agents. This role requires a deep understanding of the visa process, excellent communication skills, proven experience in client counseling/consultancy, and the ability to build and manage key relationships.
