∎ Digital Marketing: Assist in managing and growing our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement data.
∎ Content Creation: Help create blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional material that highlights our visa services and offerings.
∎ Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
∎ Brand Awareness: Work alongside the marketing team to execute strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility both online and offline.
∎ Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients through social media, emails, and other digital platforms, answering inquiries and guiding them towards our services.
∎ Reporting & Analytics: Track marketing campaign results, preparing reports on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and social media metrics.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads).
∎ Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Desirable: Knowledge of email marketing, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
∎ Work Ethic: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
