Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sale and marketing Real Estate, Hotels, Resort, Housing and property projects of company.
∎ Drive sales of properties, housing units, plots and shares to meet company revenue targets.
∎ Identify and approach potential clients, corporate partners and investors through various channels.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer demands in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
∎ Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to exicute best result from campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, marketing materials, and client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
∎ Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
∎ Mentor and guide the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective goals.
