Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নতুন এজেন্ট খুঁজে বের করা এবংএজেন্ট একিউন্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ এজেন্ট সাথে দীর্ঘস্থায়ী সম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা।
∎ আমাদের সেবার সুবিধা সম্পর্কে এজেন্ট স্পষ্টভাবে ধারণা দেওয়া।
∎ প্রতিটি এজেন্ট/গ্রাহকের চাহিদা বুঝে তাদের জন্য আকর্ষণীয় প্যাকেজ তৈরি করা।
∎ প্রতিযোগিতামূলক মূল্য নির্ধারণ করে প্রস্তাব তৈরি করা।
∎ বিক্রয় লেনদেন সাবলীলভাবে সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ বিক্রয়ের ডেটা বিশ্লেষণ করে রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
∎ নির্ধারিত বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য অর্জনের জন্য কঠোর পরিশ্রম করা এবং নির্ধারিত বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য অর্জন করা।
∎ এইচ এস সি/স্নাতক (অনার্স) /ডিগ্রি বা সমমানের ডিগ্রি
∎ ১ থেকে ৩ বছরের মধ্যে বিক্রয় অথবা গ্রাহক পরিষেবা ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা
∎ শক্তিশালী যোগাযোগ, উপস্থাপনা এবং আন্তঃব্যক্তিক দক্ষতা
∎ ইংরেজিতে সাবলীলভাবে কথা বলতে এবং লিখতে পারা
∎ কম্পিউটার ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
∎ দ্রুত শেখা এবং মানিয়ে নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা
∎ উচ্চমাত্রার আত্মবিশ্বাস, প্রেরণা এবং ধৈর্য্য
