Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview
MaxTrims Int. is seeking a proactive, result-oriented Marketing Executive to expand our market presence and build strong relationships with prospective clients across the apparel and textile sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our full range of garment accessories to factories such as RMG (garments), sweater, denim, non-woven, and other apparel manufacturers.
Job Location: Jingira, Savar, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
Identify and approach prospective clients including garment factories, sweater factories, denim units, non-woven factories, and buying houses.
Conduct regular factory visits for presentations, product promotion, and new business development.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management
Build and sustain long-term relationships with sourcing teams, merchandisers, procurement managers, and factory owners.
Understand clients' requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sample delivery and production follow-up.
Handle client queries, feedback, and after-sales support with professionalism.
Product Promotion
Promote MaxTrims’ product portfolio including ………, metal items, zippers, and other accessories.
Share product updates, pricing options, lead times, and technical details with clients.
Assist in product presentations, catalogs, and samples.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
Collect and report customer insights to support decision-making.
Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to management.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate closely with the production, sampling, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare weekly visit reports, sales forecasts, and client updates.
Ensure timely quotation submission and follow-up for order confirmation.
