Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in any discipline.
∎ At least 4 years of experience in Scrap business/marketing.
∎ The candidate with experience in the following business area will be preferred:Shipyard, Construction.
∎ Educational qualification can be considered in the case of having higher experience in Scarp marketing.
∎ Age at least 27 years.
∎ Industry knowledge (recycling processes, scrap market dynamics, environmental regulations).
∎ Working knowledge on scrap marketing.
∎ Good grasp on Active communication skills.
∎ Maintaining daily and record files and reporting to the appropriate authority.
∎ Broad communication network in the business field of Scrap.
∎ Capability of implementing Conflict Management.
∎ Working experience in online marketing experience will be an advantage.
∎ A high level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality of the company and the individual employees.
∎ The Marketing field is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to new trends and technologies.
∎ Familiarity with email, webmail, video conferencing software (Zoom, Google meet).
∎ Internet browsing and doing analysis using sources from internet.
∎ Communication, Strategy, Training, negotiation, problem-solving.
