∎ Develop site plans, grading, drainage, and utility designs.
∎ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
∎ Prepare cost estimates and project schedules.
∎ Supervise and inspect construction activities for compliance with design specifications.
∎ Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and government agencies.
∎ Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely project completion.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments.
∎ Manage utility relocations, roadwork, and infrastructure upgrades.
∎ Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
∎ Maintain project records, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
