Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns.
Content and Campaign Management:
- Plan and oversee online campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video producers to align messaging with brand voice.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor trends and audience behavior on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and optimize campaigns.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to make data-driven decisions.
Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage and guide junior marketers or freelancers, if applicable.
Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Develop strategies for engaging with and retaining customers through loyalty programs, surveys, and personalized experiences.
- Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
Budget Management:
- Plan and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
- Ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality or results
