Responsibilities & Context:

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs for campaigns.

Content and Campaign Management:

  • Plan and oversee online campaigns across channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and video producers to align messaging with brand voice.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor trends and audience behavior on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and optimize campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to make data-driven decisions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and guide junior marketers or freelancers, if applicable.

Customer Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop strategies for engaging with and retaining customers through loyalty programs, surveys, and personalized experiences.
  • Monitor online reviews and reputation management.

Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.
  • Ensure cost-effective campaigns without compromising quality or results
