Responsibilities & Context:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing both digital and offline marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. The role requires a hands-on marketer who can independently handle creative production, campaign execution, and on-ground field operations while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Job Context

This role requires a multi-skilled, proactive marketing professional who can work independently as well as in coordination with internal teams. The Marketing Executive will operate in both office and field environments, balancing creative work, campaign execution, and on-ground market engagement. Strong time management, creativity, and execution ability are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage offline marketing and field activities, including promotional campaigns, market visits, distributor coordination, event support, and direct customer outreach.
  • Create high-quality marketing creatives, including static designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for digital ads, print materials, banners, posters, and promotional assets.
  • Edit and produce short promotional videos, reels, and campaign content using video editing tools for social media and marketing use.
  • Coordinate field marketing operations, ensuring proper brand representation during on-ground promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and insights to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and lead generation goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital, print, and field marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
