Responsibilities & Context:
  • This is a target driven position, Must have positive mindset as well as mentality to work hard to reach the goal.

  • Forecast sales target and develop business plan as per regional potential

  • Prospect and identify potential customers in the target market.   

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

  • Provide accurate and detailed information about various Laboratory/Hospital Medical Equipment.

  • Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor activities.

  • Generate sales reports, referrals and provide feedback to the line manager.

  • Build and maintain a database of customer contacts for future sales opportunities.

  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions & Expo promotional events to promote the company`s New products.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain awareness of pricing and product availability.

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

  • Team Management Any other task assigned by the management.

  • Regular arrangement of seminars, workshops, round table meetings & visit stake holders and target segments such as Hospitals Government and Private, Diagnostic Centers, Potential Doctors, Local Health NGO center & Pharmacy.
