• Diploma in Civil
• Diploma in Architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Civil Engineering

• 2 to 4 years

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Conduct physical marketing by visiting corporate offices, factories, commercial establishments, and potential clients.

• Find and develop new clients for interior design, renovation, construction, and related services.

• Communicate with clients through phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

• Perform email marketing and maintain professional communication with prospects.

• Present company services, portfolios, quotations, and proposals effectively.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the design team regarding interior design and 3D visualization requirements.

• Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports and maintain client databases.

• Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
