Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters/MBA degree in any discipline
∎ IELTS (Will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote GMC Studies at social media (Facebook, Tweeter, Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, YouTube etc.) including open and effectively manage YouTube channel for GMC Studies.
∎ Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for the business growth.
∎ Face to face marketing (visiting schools/colleges/institutes)
∎ Meet the targets set up by the authority
∎ Stay Up To Date about partners and study costs (i.e. tuition fees, accommodation costs, visa fees, flight cost etc.) for students
∎ Making necessary marketing materials.
∎ Make arrangement for fairs.
∎ Comply with company policies.
∎ Fully understand the application/operation process and the actions needed to fulfil student's requirement.
∎ Monitor the progress of student's recruitment, liaise with students/institutes/schools/colleges/IELTS centers as required.
∎ Escalate student related problems to the operation team as appropriate.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all communications with students.
∎ Advise clients regarding various UK & USA Universities/Institutes and Ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Assist clients in choosing the suitable courses and right institutions.
∎ Advise and assist students regarding immigration and visa issues.
∎ Support the GMC Studies team members where necessary.
∎ A weekly summary report of activities must be completed and provided to the Manager.
∎ Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.
∎ Develop and manage budgets for marketing, advertising, brand promotion etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' experience in the relevant field. (e.g. Direct and online Selling/Marketing, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, IT Enabled Service, Training Institutes
∎ Prerequisite: Damn Good at speaking & writing in English.
∎ Ability to promote GMC Studies into different countries (targeted countries/areas) in different languages (e.g. English, Arabic, Chinese)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct and online Selling/Marketing, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, IT Enabled Service, Training Institutes
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Expert on Google Ad Words and other online advertising platforms
∎ Search engine optimization expertise
∎ Expert in Graphic design and content development
∎ Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on an independent basis.
∎ Ability to work unsupervised in an efficient and effective manner and manage workload effectively.
∎ Punctual, Discipline, Dynamic, Quick learner, Committed, Honest and hard working
∎ Well organized, Good time management skills and keeps deadlines
∎ Ability to delegate actions required by the GMC team to the correct person
∎ Strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator
Salary: Negotiable
