• A Grade Registration from BPC

• Planning, managing and monitoring all the activities, processes and operations within the Sterile Plant including mainly the production and packaging processes, in addition to overseeing final production delivery in accordance to the set plans, quality standards and assigned budget.
• Implementing Sterile & Orals Plants manufacturing strategy, action plans and processes to improve productivity and efficiency and fully utilize manpower, equipment, facilities and materials
• Supervising the implementation of the Sterile & Oral Plants plans, as well as ensuring their compliance with cGMP rules and policies
• Developing the Sterile & Oral Plants function’s work plan; assigning work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to serve the Department's goals and plans.
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the Sterile & oral Plants function.
• Ensuring that work activities are carried out achieving the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
• Providing operational and technical direction with regards to the various aspects and phases of the production to ensure professional and timely execution of production plans within the allocated resources and budgets.
• Establishing Sterile & Oral Plants policies and procedures that comply with corporate policies related to production processes and ensuring their proper implementation across Sterile Plant to achieve production objectives.
• Maintaining quality standards among all operations.
