∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise team. Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions. Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. SAP, TALLY etc. Through knowledge on regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact. Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works. Maintain banking relationship and prepare monthly reconciliation. Prepare loan statements and treasury plan. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts. Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, SEC & Bangladesh guidelines and Banking. Sound knowledge in maintaining process costing & inventory control mechanism. Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc. Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment. Adequate knowledge for preparation of Financial statement , reporting and maintain record of listing company. Strong personalities and having good network with various authority. Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.
