∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet monthly and yearly land sales targets.
∎ Identify and engage potential clients through direct sales efforts, networking and lead generation activities.
∎ Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and buyer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to reach individual and collective sales goals.
∎ Provide regular training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and set targets for team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
∎ Work with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns for land sales, including digital marketing, social media and traditional advertising channels.
∎ Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, presentations and online content, to effectively showcase the company's land offerings.
∎ Organize and participate in property exhibitions, trade shows and open houses to generate leads and promote the brand.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
∎ Conduct client meetings, property tours and negotiations, maintaining a customer-centric approach.
