Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Counselor or Consultant.
∎ Male & female are allowed to apply.
∎ To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
∎ Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
∎ Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
∎ Must have good command over English and proficiency in using Computer and Internet.
∎ Provide detailed consultations to students and guardians about study abroad opportunities, university admissions, and courses.
∎ Must be well dressed, presentable, smart, matured, well organized and punctual.
∎ Must have excellent phone manners and a lot of patience.
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ To follow up with the students regarding the application.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with a large number of clients promptly and with adequate care.
∎ Must be physically and mentally fit in order to attend office regularly.
∎ We are about to recruit some experienced counsellors for USA, Canada & Europe for our Panthapath & Mirpur branch. The ideal candidates are required to have enough experience, good education degree, strong interpersonal communication skill and a killing instinct for counselling to meet up target line. All the candidates get advised to apply directly to the required post.
