Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in Accounting (Honors/ BBA/ MBA).
∎ Skills Required: Fund Management, Oracle, Payroll Processing, VAT and Tax
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform payroll & employee benefits operations in accordance with local law and regulations;
∎ Partner with other cross-functional team to ensure the payroll processing is performed accurately;
∎ Deduction of tax at source from payroll payment and submission of tax returns for expatriate employees;
∎ Management of Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund, and Workers' Profit Participation Fund;
∎ Manage treasury operations like perform day-to-day banking transactions, look after corporate financing issues, documentation, RJSC matters, cash management, fund management, cash forecasting, look after insurance coverage, etc.;
∎ Manage accounts payable - from receiving goods to payment;
∎ Ensure deduction of TAX, and VAT with compliance of Law and deposited to Government exchequer within the stipulated frame-frame;
∎ Ensure accurate posting of transactions to journals, ledgers, and any other records;
∎ Lead the team to update financial records in the ORACLE system;
∎ Co-ordinate with different stakeholders like extern auditor, internal auditor, compliance auditor, cross-functional team;
∎ Prepare different monthly and ad-hoc basis reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5-6 Years of relevant experience.
∎ CA/ ICMA (qualified/ partly qualified) will be preferable.
