Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA);
∎ CA CC experience requirements. CA part qualified will be preferable;
∎ Currently working in VAT and Tax domain profile,
∎ Skills required: Tax law (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Accounts, Finance, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Accounting Software.

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Software, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver a full range of tax and VAT related services in compliance with laws and regulations within time frame to all business units.
∎ Coordinate with tax consultant and expats whom are working outside Bangladesh to prepare and submit expatriates' individual tax return.
∎ Preparation of annual financial statements and face the external audit.
∎ Computation and submission of annual corporate tax, advance income tax, filling of periodically withholding tax returns, monthly withholding tax statements, VAT Return, annual statement of salary & allowances, prepare detailed AIT statements for tax return submission, collect AIT certificates and related documents and reconcile them with accounting records.
∎ Prepare and maintain all necessary Tax related documents as per requirement of concerned government authorities.
∎ Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.
∎ Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers and issuance of VAT-6.3,6.7, 6.8.
∎ Making liaison with the tax consultant and auditors regarding company legal matters.
∎ Maintain liaison with government and private institutions (Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, auditors and consultants etc.) and make sure company external financial and legal reporting, disclosing requirements are fulfilled.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
∎ Excellent (above average) command in written and spoken English.
∎ Well conversant with integrated accounting software or enterprise resource planning solutions.
∎ Hands on with above average communication skills with other nationals
Salary: Tk. 52000 (Monthly)
