Educational Requirements:
∎ M. Com in Accounting/ CA (CC)/ MBA in Accounting/Finance from reputed university
∎ Skills Required: Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax, VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure company Tax concern issue.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about VAT & TAX Act.
∎ Prepare Financial Statement of company for Tax submission
∎ Must have sound knowledge about TDS, VDS procedures and VAT & TAX return submission.
∎ Maintain as a responsible all tax file of Company and Senior officials
∎ Liaising and maintaining all Tax & VAT related correspondences with respective Regulatory Authorities and Tax Advisors to obtain Tax Exemptions in applicable cases.
∎ Ensure Proper maintenances of all kinds of VAT registers including legal litigation.
∎ Advice and recommend company management about TAX and VAT related matters
∎ Liaison with Govt. Regulatory bodies, Tax advisor, Consultant, Tax officials etc
∎ Handling VAT & TAX audit conducted by NBR authorities, AG & other Gov’t agencies
∎ Maintain close liaison with custom authority, Tribunal and appellate Tribunal.
∎ Corresponding with custom excise & vat office independently.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Taxation and VAT related issues
∎ Maintain strong liaison with Production/Commercial/Supply Chain/ Accounts & Finance department & keep up to date all VAT related register and online data.
∎ Any other duties to meet the exigencies of the service

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Tax, Vat, Customs Duty, Income Tax Ordinance and Tax Vat related update information & circular, Company Act
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Mushak- 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, & 6.5
∎ Ability to lead a large team, implement smooth commercial policy.
∎ Adequate knowledge to manage Job independently.
∎ Must be self motivated and enthusiastic
∎ Able to work in a stressful situation.
∎ ERP/Software knowledge is require
∎ Computer knowledge is must
