Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee daily operations of the academy and consultancy.
- Manage staff, schedules, and overall administration.
- Supervise student admission, counseling, and visa processing.
- Coordinate Japanese language courses (N5/N4) and ensure quality.
- Maintain client relations and provide guidance to students/parents.
- Develop marketing and recruitment plans.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
