* Receiving Inbound and outbound call
* Guide students to choose program & university
* Weekly marketing plan & execute
* Maintain accurate records of leads, consultations, and conversion status
* Assist students in preparing SOPs, study plans
* Achieve monthly counselling, enrolment, and file submission targets
* Any other task as management assigned
* Help improve workflow and ensure quality delivery
