∎ Experience in a TREC -holder brokerage firm is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To oversee all day to day operations of EIC Securities Limited.
∎ To ensure full compliance with regulatory requirments of CSE ,BSEC and other relevant authorities.
∎ To Manage BO account , trade execution, settlement and post-trade operations.
∎ To supervise all back -office activities,reporting and client record-keeping.
∎ Maintain communication and liasion with regulators, banks ,custodians and the stock exchange.
∎ Actively manage the investment portfolio of the holding company, including trade execution ,performance tracking and strategic reporting.
∎ To ensure the proper function of trading platforms and IT systems in coordination with service providers.
∎ To lead and guide the operations teams to ensure accuracy , effeciancy and accontability.
∎ To Assist in business development and enhance client servicing quality,communicate and team building for operation.
∎ To provide regular updates to the Board on operational performance and portfolio activities.
∎ EIC Securities Limited a TREC holder of the Chottragram Stock Exchange (CSE) , is a dynamic and growth- oriented brokerage firm. We are curretly looking for an experienced and proactive individual for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager- Operations . This is a leadership role with full operational responsibility and oversight of the firm, including Managment of the holding Company’s investment portfolio.
