Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify location, inspect, appraise and assess private and public property
∎ Observe property to find available land parcel, locate property owners and negotiate property settlements
∎ Make sure properties meet legal requirements and feasibility
∎ Prepare report before being proposed to the management
∎ Pre-negotiate the deal in relation to percentage sharing / monetary payout and agreements terms with the landlords and owners
∎ Responsible to determine the worth of a piece of property

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 year(s) experience in real estate field
∎ Computer Literacy : Excel and PowerPoint
