Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material requirement: construction, building materials and interior items along with contractors work process activities
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and service providers
∎ Coordinating with supplier, production, warehouse, maintenance, brand & accounts department
∎ Periodical report preparation
∎ Keep a constant check on stock levels / usable goods in existing stock
∎ Conduct market survey for materials and contractors
∎ Source, procurement, complete bill cycles of vendors and contractors and coordinate with vendors and service providers continuously
∎ Develop new base of suppliers and contractors
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
∎ Develop a purchasing strategy and policy
