Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate
∎ Preferably Civil Engineering [Diploma/BSc]

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have clear understanding on construction, building materials and interior items along with contractors work process/activities
∎ To have basic & solid practical knowledge of handling contractors, service providers for civil, mechanical ,electrical, plumbing, interiors, glass-aluminium, IT & Telecom etc
∎ To have solid connections of the sources [contractors, service providers, suppliers] related with interior materials, building & construction materials
∎ To have solid & practical knowledge about interior ,building & construction materials
∎ Conduct market survey for materials and contractors
∎ Source, procurement, complete bill cycles of vendors and contractors and coordinate with vendors & service providers continuously
∎ Develop new base of suppliers and contractors
∎ Negotiate with suppliers and service providers
∎ Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
∎ Keep a constant check on stock levels/usable goods in existing stock
∎ Develop a purchasing strategy/policy
∎ Supervise & lead the team
∎ Produce reports periodical and statistics on spending and saving
∎ Periodical field work / suppliers visit
∎ To supervise DDL SCM team
∎ To coordinate with internal departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years experienced in real estate field
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Self-driven
∎ Good communication skills
