Commercial and Bond Customs, Commercial Banking, Commercial Indenting, Export Import Through LC, Import Commercial, Import Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release, etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ Follow up on Import L/C and ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs and save additional cost.
∎ Communicate with confirming bank to add confirmation of Import LC at a competitive price.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) collection.
∎ Negotiate with the bank for the preferential exchange rate for imports.
∎ Closely follow up on all commercial processes execute in a timely and cost-effectively.
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import activities and inform management as required.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Any other job assigned from time to time by the management.
∎ Follow up on Annual Import Entitlement with customs bond.
∎ Organize and lead the overall custom & bond function of the Group as per government compliance.
∎ Commissionerate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.
∎ Must have good knowledge in shipping documents, project insurance and ministry clearance of government project's consignment.
∎ Provide leadership and strategic directions to the Supply Chain Management team through delivering a consistent, high quality and cost-effective solution to internal and external customers.

∎ Age 40 to 47 years

∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must
∎ Excellent command over English (Both oral and written).
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and team player.
