  • Knowledge of administrative and logistic processes.

  • Experience in liaising with different external stakeholders and Government Offices.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain strong relationships with local police, DESA, DESCO, WASA, City Corporation, and other local authorities.

  • Liaise with the NSI, Passport, and Immigration Office to facilitate international travel.

  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.

  • Maintain effective communication with law enforcement and other government and non-government agencies to ensure the safety and security of SEBPO staff, assets, and reputation.

  • Oversee complete site monitoring through CCTVs and stay updated on the latest physical security technologies.

  • Establish a local intelligence network to gather timely information on potential security issues.

  • Identify and respond to potential security risks appropriately.

  • Maintain and streamline all security-related reports and documents for prompt access when required.

  • Support the Crisis Management Team (CMS) in handling emergency security issues.

  • Establish and maintain general discipline within the office premises.

  • Ensure logistic support for community visits, including hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and security checks.

  • Liaise with landlords and caretakers to ensure the maintenance of office buildings, providing a conducive working environment.

  • Support international visitors by providing invitation letters, visa assistance, visitor’s packs, security risk assessments, security protocols, accommodation, and local transport arrangements.

  • Assist national staff with international travel by providing necessary visa-related information, guidance, bank statements, and ticket booking.

  • Plan and manage budgeting and cost control for security operations as required by management.
