Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Skills Required: Front Desk Management, Strong leadership and team management skill, Team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team Leading Capability.
∎ Up scaling guest service experiences for throughout his or her stay.
∎ Oversee reservation, check-in and check-out procedures, including recording of reservations and financial transactions & Auditing.
∎ Active listening to Guest issues/ concern & resolve them with proper follow-up.
∎ Promote Resort amenities, conveniences and promotional offers.
∎ Regular report or sales update to Management.
∎ Analyze customer feedback from guest Review card and online reviews (social media: FB, Messenger, YouTube or blogs) with a way-out plan.
∎ Duty Hour can be shifted to Day-Night based on Requirement
∎ Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily. Analyze rate variance, monitor Seasonal offer/ Package Sales report, & Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting of Upcoming Months.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Customer Service, Front Office, Guest Relations/ Services, Reservation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hotel, Resort
∎ Good at MS Offices (Ms. Word, Excel & Power point)
∎ At least 5-10-year experience in the similar position with a Renowned Hotel/Resort.
∎ By Attitude: Service Mindset, Smiley, Flexible & Team Player, Collaborative, can do Attitude & Can live up with limited Resource support.
