7 to 10 years in listed companies with DSE & CSE.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain registers of share department like Shareholders, Share Transfer, Cash & Stock Dividend, unpaid/unclaimed dividend.
Transfer unpaid/unclaimed cash or stock dividend to Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF)
Reconciliation of Dividend with Bank Statements.
Operating CDBL Software.
Calculation of TDS against dividend.
Conduct Board Meeting, Audit Committee meeting and NRC Committee meeting, AGM, EGM and prepare minutes of the meetings.
RJSC related all works like Annual Return, Change of Director, Transfer of Shares, Change of Auditors etc.
BSEC’s guidelines on various Corporate Aspect.
Compliance of Securities and Exchange Law, Rules, Notification and Order.
Compliance of Listing Regulation of DSE and CSE.
Performing all type of IPO, RPO and Rights Issue related assignment.
Prepare monthly shareholding report and submit to DSE, CSE and BSEC.
Prepare Annual Report.
Prepare and upload all required file in Website and daily Newspaper.
Maintain good relationship with shareholders.
Coordination with related government organization.
