Experience:

• 7 to 10 years

• Bachelor/Master’s Degree (Major in Accounting/ Finance/ Management) from any reputed university

• CS part qualified will be preferred.

• 7 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 40 years

• 7 to 10 years in listed companies with DSE & CSE.

• Maintain registers of share department like Shareholders, Share Transfer, Cash & Stock Dividend, unpaid/unclaimed dividend.

• Transfer unpaid/unclaimed cash or stock dividend to Capital Market Stabilization Fund (CMSF)

• Reconciliation of Dividend with Bank Statements.

• Operating CDBL Software.

• Calculation of TDS against dividend.

• Conduct Board Meeting, Audit Committee meeting and NRC Committee meeting, AGM, EGM and prepare minutes of the meetings.

• RJSC related all works like Annual Return, Change of Director, Transfer of Shares, Change of Auditors etc.

• BSEC’s guidelines on various Corporate Aspect.

• Compliance of Securities and Exchange Law, Rules, Notification and Order.

• Compliance of Listing Regulation of DSE and CSE.

• Performing all type of IPO, RPO and Rights Issue related assignment.

• Prepare monthly shareholding report and submit to DSE, CSE and BSEC.

• Prepare Annual Report.

• Prepare and upload all required file in Website and daily Newspaper.

• Maintain good relationship with shareholders.

• Coordination with related government organization.
