Company Overview:
A renowned ceramic tableware manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead its Commercial & Supply Chain operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in banking, customs, and C&F formalities related to both import and export operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including LC, TT, bank correspondence, and all trade-related formalities.

• Prepare and validate all commercial documents: LC, PI, Packing List, Invoice, BL, COO, etc.

• Coordinate with banks to ensure timely payment settlements and compliance with international trade requirements.

• Maintain accurate knowledge of HS Codes, duty/tax structures, and relevant trade regulations.

• Oversee customs clearance processes, C&F activities, port handling, and shipment follow-up.

• Ensure timely clearance of raw materials, chemicals, machinery, and export consignments.

• Liaise with Customs, BSTI, EPB, CCI&E, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other regulatory authorities.

• Address and resolve any shipment, regulatory, or customs-related issues promptly.

• Plan and monitor smooth flow of raw materials to support uninterrupted production.

• Maintain effective coordination with suppliers, shipping lines, transport partners, and internal departments.

• Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely inbound and outbound logistics.

• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to maintain supply chain efficiency.
